11vip Terms and Conditions

1 General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 11vip platform and its users. 11vip is an online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games and other entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and all dates and times mentioned herein are considered to be set in BST. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the 11vip authority will be considered final.

1.1 Definition of Services

"Platform" refers to the 11vip website, mobile version and other related digital services. "User" or "Member" refers to any adult registered on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open an account and use services on the 11vip platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• A person may operate only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same household or address is prohibited.

3 Account Registration

A personal account must be created to use services on the 11vip platform. The following points should be kept in mind during registration:

3.2 Account Security

• Use a strong password that has not been used elsewhere.
• Transferring or selling the account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out using the account.

3.3 KYC Verification

To ensure safe and reliable service, 11vip may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process at any time. If the required documents are not provided on time during this process, account privileges may be restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Various payment methods are supported on the 11vip platform to make transactions easy and fast.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• The deposit amount must be from a legitimate and legal source.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly, though bank transfers may experience a slight delay.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5 Bonuses and Promotions

11vip offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that before withdrawing the bonus, total betting equal to 10 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

The 11vip VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement is based on the member's overall activity and participation on the platform. Special benefits and priority service are provided at each tier.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to eligible accounts and are non-transferable.
• A bonus offer can be claimed only once (per person / household / IP address).
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 11vip reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activities on the platform are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered final only when it is confirmed by the system. If a bet is not completed due to a disconnection or technical issue, 11vip will make a decision based on the system log.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

11vip may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are provided due to a technical error.
• If evidence of betting fraud or manipulation is found.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For cricket matches, betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and other international series. The official result of the relevant cricket board will be considered final in determining match outcomes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and the account will be closed immediately in case of a violation:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account in the name of another family member.
• Bonus abuse — artificial betting for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Use of software bots, automated scripts or fraudulent tools.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
• Conducting coordinated fraudulent activities against the platform.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

11vip may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of participation in prohibited activities.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Voluntary closure at the member's own request.
• Self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
